19 May 2010 AN HUF CONSISTS OF WIFE & HUSBAND, AND ON EVENT OF DEATH OF WIFE WHETHER THE HUF STANDS DISSOLVED/ FULLY PARTITION , AND ALL THE ASSETS THAT R THR IN WIFE & HUF WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO INDIVIDAUL'S AND ALL INCOME WILL BE ASSESSED IN HIS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY - FATHER HAS 2 MARRIED DAUGHTERS CAN HE GIVE GIFT TO HIS DAUGHTERS - KINLDY SEND IN UR SUGGESTIONS

20 May 2010 Married Daughters are also entitled to get share in the property of HUF in case of partition of HUF as per new ammendment made in Hindu Law & Succesion Act.

Hence in this case,Individual can transfer the property to his married daughters.
