Wheather it is necessary to furnish a copy of paper book to the other party before furnishing it to the ITAT (as it is clearly written in the Rule 18 of the ITAT Rules). But somebody told me that it is not the case now a days & the paper book now a days can directly be filed with the ITAT.

Hi I have query,
If in the paper book which is already filed filed, one submission to AO has wrongly filed i.e. it does not belong the case.
Can we seperatly file original submission to ITAT seperatly.
