31 July 2015 Now Penalty clause is inserted for late filing of Return.Penalty of Rs 100/- per day is payable for after due date till filing of return, subject to Maximum of Rs 20000/-. Refer Rule 12(6) of Central Excise Rules inserted w.e.f. 1-3-2015.
