28 September 2010 Dear all,

one of my client whose PAN is already registered with the income tax website do not have , have any details about password, hint question & old e-filling acknowledgement number.
Now I have to do the E-filling as client is liable to TAX Audit.
How can I log in without any information. I send email at ask@incometaxindia.gov.in but till date received no reply.

In the 2nd window they are asking previous year's ack number. There, you may give manual return filing number and proceed
