01 January 2013 Please refer the PAN Card or copy of Form 49A from your office record to find out date of incorporation.

If you are unable to find out date of incorporation of company, you can find the same from company master date at www.mca.gov.in

01 January 2013 I would like to know the date of incorporation of trust used while Pan application as I unable to locate both pan copy as well as form 49a.I have also tried date on trust deed as well as date of charity commissior certificate but both date found invalid. Pls guide other way to find date.

02 January 2013 It is very upsetting situation Mr Pujari.

You should have posted the above words at initial stage while posting the question.

Further what a kind of trust that the important papers and informations are not being maintained properly.

Now the only source is of Income Tax Authorities by whom the TRUST was recognized. Visit the office personally and use your skills to know it.
