17 May 2011 one of the my friend, earlier working in chennai has been shifted to delhi. he had filed his IT return in chennai and in delhi after coming here. its more than 3 years but PAN has not migrated here. so he is not in position to collect his refunds from Delhi IT dept. what steps to be taken to ensure PAN migration. kindly help me... my contact no. 9958768678

17 May 2011 Address may be changed in the PAN data base using the form available in https://www.incometaxindia.gov.in/Archive/ChangeForm.pdf

Instructions to fill the form is available in https://online.stockholding.com/demat/correction.pdf

The form may be filled up and to be submitted to the UTITSL or NSDL counters.

18 May 2011 Also write letter to your assessing officer regarding "change of address" accordingly he will transfer your file to other juridician or Delhi IT department.
