my query is
a.)u/s 194C(6) if assessee provide his pan then no t.d.s. is to be deducted.
Is pan card xerox copy is required for that assesesses who provide his PAN through orally.
is any other compliance of law!
that persons pan,name and address is to be written on t.d.s. return who provide his pan.
