a firm has been dissolved. now, i want to surrender the PAN card. plz provide me the information for the procedure to be followed

If accounts are settled and all statutory dues like Income tax / service tax are settled / paid off seek PAN deactivation by writing a letter attaching original PAN Card to the INCOME TAX OFFICER concerned.
