what date of birth to be fill in form of pan card of courts

contact call centre or the jurisdiction officer.....they have some stray date like 99/99/9999 or some thing...i am not too sure...(But i am sure that such date exists and rights are with concerned jurisdiction assessing officer......) not for courts but for HUF I have done this
