Dear sir,
Mr x is a persom he had recived a cheque of amt rs 91000/- from chit fund company if he deposit the cheque pan card is neceesary ?
If he does not have pan card Then what is the circumtances?

PAN card is required only for depositing CASH of Rs. 50,000/- or more in the bank. PAN is not required for depositing cheque, whatever may be the amount.
