A person has obtained PAN 15 days ago.Now there has been change in his office address,but residential address is same.Also he has not filed his return so far.Is it necessray to apply for change in PAN data

NO NEED TO APPLY FOR CHANGE. IF COMMUNICATION ADDRESS IS YOUR RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS.

If the assessee so wish he can. That is why authorities has given a provision and a form for correction and changes in PAN data.
