19 June 2014 U must have to file the return of the deceased. If legal heir is not doing so then u must add "Estate" before the name of the Individual(who is dead) in ITR then file the return.

19 June 2014 When assesse is no more. then his legal heir file his dath certificate with the income tax deptt.with his last income tax return.

19 June 2014 when assesse is died then this will the last year of his return
for example on dt. 18.6.2014 assesse is died then his last return was period for 1.4.2014 to 18.6.2014 income will file in A Y 2015-16

last date will 31.7.2015 or 30.9.2015

after that no return will file.

19 June 2014 SO THEN AFTER I THINK PAN REQUIRE TO CANCELLED BECAUSE AFTERWARDS NO ANY REQUIREMENT OF IT.
