I want to ask that my a company hold some payment long time. He do not want to pay so please tell me that what i should to do for recover my payment

Onus to prove the dues is with you. If you can prove it you can send a legal notice and thereafter file a suit for recovery. But before that I will advise to recover the dues with communication.
