Dear sir
my younger brother doing job in delhi transport corporation as dtc conductor on contract base
So he is not permanant employee of delhi government
Kindly give answer of following :-
1) can he earn any othet side income ?
2) What type of income he can earn alongwith his dtc job?
3) can he give private tuition to earn more ?

one answer of all your three questions is yes. He can do all legitimate business of any kind including tution..
But please check that when he signed agreement with Delhi Transport Corporation whether there was any condition that he will not do any other work till the contract continues.? In such case he may have problem when he becomes eligible for permanant Job.
