14 October 2015 i had done mcom external during articleship but without submitting form 112 will my membership no. will be kept on hold?What other penalty?

14 October 2015 Since you have done M Com externally, you need to convince ICAI that the course did NOT clash with the timings of your articleship.

Secondly request for the Condonation of delay in submitting form 112.

14 October 2015 are there chances of penalty as it is more than 2 years of completion of course

14 October 2015 Normally NO PENALTY because your M Com course was EXTERNAL. You need to submit ICAI that doing external M Com did not CLASH with the timing of the articleship.

Your fault falls under "Procedural lapse" and not "substantive lapse". You might get a WARNING from ICAI not to do similar lapse hence forth in you professional career.
