wanna know that can i open dmat a/c during the ongoing period of articalship???
ICAI reuirements ,IF any ??
further if already a/c has been opened ??then what will be the consequences??

i dont think so there are any restrication in opening acc... u need to fil form 112 if do dealings in that...!!!

i have compleated 1 & half year of training so 112 had been filed by me earlier ? now again have to be filled ??

there is no need for filing any form for having a demat account or for trading in shares. even where you are dealing with F&O and intra day trades, mere treatment of the same as business as per income-tax act wont mean that you are in business as per ICAI.
