Is it possible to register / have userid etc for oneself in any way so as to file returns of all individual or salaried clients online.

How come then there are some intermediaries doing it. They collect details online (some sites are available in this regard, if u search in google u get them) & do it for the assessees.

Intermediaries create used id and password for each of the parties approaching them with the PAN card of each such parties.
