Sir
I filed a online income tax return of AY 2014-15 with annual income of Rs.155000/- on dated 30-8-2014 that is successful processed.
Now i want to file online return of AY 2013-14 with annual income of Rs. 220000/-.
Whether i can file or not ?
Please suggest is there any problem?

Yes you can file belated return u/s 139 (4) upto 31.03.2015 for AY 2013-14.

Penalty of Rs 5000 may be imposed on you by ito u/s 271F for same.
