ONLINE E FILING OF ITR2

30 October 2021 I filled data in ITR2 online E filing under Schedule OS dividend received amount in item 1.a and then filled quarterly break up in item 10. Information about accrual/receipt of income from Other Sources under S.No.1. and CHECKED IT TALLIED WITH TOTAL IN ITEM NO.1 and then clicked confirm button and came out and also duly got all schedules with green tick and confirmed.
In the next login, filled data disappear in itr2 form item 10 in schedule OS. Again and again I am doing this and again and again it (only the break up detail in item no.10) (not in any other item in the entire ITR2) disappears during next login always. I want to know if anybody faced the same problem and want solution.

30 October 2021 Yes, it is one of the error in online filling. Try offline utility.

30 October 2021 I wonder whether IT dept. is aware of this and why media and tax consultants are silent about this if it is known to them. Why can't all tax consultants including CACLUBINDIA to take up this issue with IT dept. and get it resolved. If I have to try offline utility it is a waste of time to fill from the beginning afresh.

30 October 2021 Most of the professional institutes have already raised the complaint on various such errors, and the Infosys engineers/technicians are working hard to resolve the issues, but problem is by solving few, another new issues are cropping up. So, it is going on hit and trial method from the beginning of the new website. We are trying to solve the issue by whatever easily available, without waiting for all issues to be solved. That is the reason more than 2 Crs. ITR already been uploaded!!
