Thank you for your reply.But as I am trying as a new registratant,how can I have or fill up a old password.That is not clear to me.

Step 1 Open the website aces.gov.in
Step 2 Left side of the screen choose central excise or service tax
Step 3 Below the user id and password you will see new user Click that and register.
Step 4 You will receive a confiramtion mail.
Step 5 Activate that mail.
Step 6 Again login
Step 7 fill your user id and password
Step 8 You can utilise the services of the website.
