25 September 2012 Even in my case there are four private companies each company is engaged in different business as follows
Software business
Marine business
airline business
entertainment business

Now they want to form a company whose object clause should contain all the objects of the above mentioned companies and the company would be the holding company of the above companies .SO how should i get the main object of the new company which shall also be a public company without any listing.

25 September 2012 if that is the ONLY object, write the object as to hold the majority shares of so and so comapnies. (It is always advisable; especially in the cases of ARTIFICIAL juridical persons to grant more objects than needed)

26 September 2012 Thank You sir.But when i confirmed from my client that whether the proposed company just wants to be holding company, they replied that the holding company would actually do all the businesses which the subsidiary are conducting. Now in this case what should be the object clause.
