Please be specific regarding services you want to provide online. Now a days there are various services from food to home appliances and from Car to inverter. So share want to want to do under online service. Only after that you'll be able to draft object clause.

Download MOA and AOA as per Companies Act, 2013.
You may download new set of MOA and AOA as per Companies Act, 2013, along with MOA and AOA of One Person Company from the link given below:
