for an import export FDI pvt Ltd company to be set up in India, is one foreign promoter (who is also director) enough?

The other person who will be director only (professional or appointed director) will be an Indian.

04 November 2012 Promotor can be ONE... but shareholders... minimum2 in case of pvt ltd company and 7 in case of public ltd company.
