1. can my accountant submit my return on my behalf. in verification column place were i hav to mention in india or outside.

31 December 2013 1. not necessary. you need to only disclose Indian income.

2. you can file online returns.. so no point in bring the brother into picture.

3. shifting rent should normally not result in shifting the situs of the income. So the income should normally be charged in the hands of the son.
