But sir he charge service tax on 25% the on 75% ther should be adadment?

As you told i have asked the client about abadment.You are correct it dosent comes under abadment.
But can i take it in RCM as manpower supply?

Yes it is manpower supply you have to pay service tax on 75% value. Presently from 01/04/2015 100% service tax is payable by you under RCM provided you are a company.

it is properitor firm and pay service tax on 25% from 01/04/2015 and 75% is paid by receiver.So now in my case the service tax is payable at 25% or 100%?

From 01/04/2015 100% service tax payable by service receiver if service receiver is a company.
