05 May 2015 I have filled a ITR-7 (For Trust) this is the first return of trust, even though department raised u/s 245. Total income as per ITR is 75,000 and demand raised by Department is Rs. 32,130
I did not get on what basis department raised the demand? mail and notice for the same also not received from the dept.
I inquire at CPC the executive says "In there system ITR is under process there is nothing such demand or no demand"
Please tell me what to do?

06 May 2015 Sometimes it happens due to some technical error on CPC site. It happened in one of my case where the return was showing as defective online but the CPC executive said there is no such defective return and return is still under process. He also said that there is a technical error.
