I have received notice on above sec.
sub to for the a.y. 2008-2009 Prepare a true and correct copy of your income... return form should be as per prescribed in rule 12 & accordance with the provisions of sec.140
what should I have to do ?

If you have already filed your return then no need to worry. Just submit your income tax acknowledgement.
