I had Receive the Notice U/s 143(2) of IT Act,1961 As On 03/09/2014 For The AY 2013-2014. so the Notice Is Valid Or not ?

very much valid. the last date for notice under 143(2) for returns filed upto 31 March 2014 is 30 September.
