i have received notice u/s 139(9). Earlier my it details was registered under different e- mail id(old) but now i have changed the registered mail id (new). But now i can see dat notice served online but the same notice is not recd under my (new) mail id nor any hard copy is recd at my address. now i want i upload the correct return but my not able to do so since i dont have dat defective return's acknowlegement no. so any suggestion to receive a new notice ?

You should contact CPC on their helpline numbers and ask them to resend the intimation of defective return at your new mail ID.
