20 April 2017 Dear sir I received a notice non filling itr at 2010-11 in Feb 2017on bank account I submitted reply online with in one week but dt order 29/03/2017 passed sc 148 by ITO WITHOUT SHOWN reply Pl advise me what can I do

21 April 2017 Your query is not clear, it is not clear whether AO passed assessment order or not. If notice is issued you have to visit your AO.

21 April 2017 No pass any assess ment order I meet A O before 2 days he says me ITR A/y 2010-11 submit for investigation

21 April 2017 You should insist for written notice and if section 148 is initiated than ask for copy of reasons recorded by the AO for invoking section 148.
