notice from income tax

sir i have received notice from income due to cash transaction Rs 49lacs in saving account in AY 2014 15 and i am not filled return for AY 2014 15 and my income related to these transaction is only 58 thousand. what can i do in this situation

As you can't file ITR of AY 2014-15 because it has time barred, Now you should make a reply of notice by stating the facts and circumstances.
