ihave received a notice from IT office that your name is in heat list of IT dept. and as per recent directive from finance ministry he has ordered me to subit cash balance,purchase,sale and closing stock up to 31.3.2009 withan 7 days[withan 7.4.2009]
but notice has no seal.please advice me

If no seal, then notice is invalid...... just to ensure, is this Notice is recipt by you through registered Post, as all notice by Dept is sent by Registered post. If Yes, then plz do contact with the concern in Dept, before replying anything.
