Not received my ipcc certificate

sir I have not yet received my ipcc passing certificate since last 1 year ........ I have also written few letter to the institute n also personally went there but it was no use ....... so can u plz help me what shall I do now to get my passing certificate .......plz do reply

the only way out is to personally approach the ICAI regional office again. if the junior officials dont respond, then talk to the WIRC president.
