Not filling of annual returns

22 January 2014 A company which has incorporated on 2010 has not done any business and hence not filed annul returns with the roc. But the status of the company is active in mca site.

Since the default is made for more than 3 years are the directors are disqualified.
How they can come out of this disqualification.

Now the company wants to change its name and start its business.

What are the remedies in this situation?

22 January 2014 1. Please file all the pending returns including the annual returns.

2. Then apply for name change.
