Not dispatch of itr v

23 August 2014 my client has upload itr before due date for the a/y 2013-14 but for oversight he can't dispatch the verification letter (ITR V) and the above mentioned ITR V has been dispatch to cpc banglore in last week so it will be ok or not

23 August 2014 No issues. The ITR V can be sent after due date if the return is filed within due date. The ITR V should reach CPC Bengaluru within 120 days of filing of the return.

25 August 2014 sir ITR V sent as on 12.08.2014 not within 120 days and return for a/y 2013-14

25 August 2014 Then the return will be rejected. You will have to file the return again. If the ITRV is not submitted within 120 days, your return will be treated as invalid i.e. not filed.
