20 August 2011 While filing the Form 2 for a Pvt Ltd Company an error shown "as per MCA database this is a dormant company & it has to file form 61 & all annual returns"

The Company was incorporated in 2001 & had not filed any return, now which form should be filed first Form 61 or Annual filing of earlier years

And u all guide for the said filing of form 61

20 August 2011 1)Form 61 has to be filed first. No fees. Mandatory attachments are :-
i) detailed application showing cause for the delay in filing annual returns.
ii) a notarized affidavit in support of the application.
2) On approval of the above said form, company can file annual returns from 2001 onwards.
