Non submission of form 109 with form 103 for re-registration as articles

22 December 2013 Dear Mam/Sir I took transfer in my last year of articleship and i hv received letter from institute for the termination of my articleship with my previous principal. Now iam undergoing articleship with new principal & for re-registration as an article i have sent only form 103. Do i need to send form 109 also signed by my previous principal and late fees also in case i need to sent form 109 also. please reply urgently.
