18 August 2016 I am going through a problem if anyone plzz advice Actually my relative hav received income tax notice regarding non pan transaction in which valid pan was nt given When i go through it i came to know dat it is a transaction relating to sale of immovable property but actually no property sold by them. 👍 May be their land sold by anyperson by forgery They dont even know for which land income tax department talking about What to do in such a situation??

18 August 2016 Go and inform the same to Assessing Officer at once........(Mostly some one must have given wrong PAN...)
