Sir i am salaried person & not filling income tax return(Asst yr2010- 2011,2011-2012,2012-2013) from last 3 yr i have just received a notice for the same from income tax department can i filled my return of last 3 year today.i have my form -16 of last 3 yr

In reply to the notice, you can file returns for three years in off line mode.

Visit the it dept and ask them the old AY itr as required by you.
