04 November 2016 Dear Sir / Sir's,

My Query about Non filing of Income Tax return. Some Small Business Persons as no idea about filing of Income Tax return because he is not a Educated. He is illiterate but he is doing small business like Provision Store, Bakery Business etc. In some times like festival or other times he get large transactions above Rs. 75,000/- in Limited Company & the company as deducted TDS @ 1% on 75,000/- in Asst Year 2011-12. This person is not filed income tax return is any problem for non filing of Income Tax Return.

04 November 2016 My another query regarding Income Tax Return. In case Notice Issued by Department for the AY 2012-13 in the year 2013-14 but in that period the e-filing due date is completed but TDS Rs. 25000/-. In that case this person will file the answer for the notice & TDS Refunbable Rs. 15000/-. My doubt is the IT department is pay the Refund to this person.
