WE ARE HAVING A CHARITABLE TRUST, WHICH HAD APPLIED FOR 12AA CERTIFICATE. AND WE ARE DOING TRADING OF TEA AND WHICH CROSS THE LIMIT OF RS. 1.20 CRORE. WHETHER TRUST IS REQUIRED TO FILE TAX AUDIT REPORT AS PER 44 AB OF INCOME TAX ACT, OR IS REQUIRED TO GET AUDIT REPORT AS PER SECTION 12 WHICH IS APPLICABLE TO ALL CHARITABLE TRUST. -

: Exemption on TDS on interest
Hi Sir, If I have loan on asset from some financial company (i.e. Srei Finance, Magma Finance, HDB Finance or DHFL), can this compnay's CA provide me CA Certificate - form 26A to exempt TDS on interest?? And if they provided it after filing of my ITR then is it valid for exemption on TDS??? Please reply. -Yogesh Gaikwad (9623178750) -
