My client got one notice, in that notice he had income of 22,05,215.00 but he claimed his income 5,76,000.00 for the A.Y 2012-13
and the assessing officer issued a notice of total income and she imposed a tax of 6,69,591.00
My Query is that my client had also not claimed a TDS amount of 1,53,115.00 but she was not deducted the TDS from the above the above Tax. why?
