If Indian Company and German Company wants to entered in Non Disclosure Agreement, then for legality what legal rules to be followed?which countries law to be follow for entering into agreements ?Please guide on legal issues

You can follow the law of any one of the company or both the companies. But it has to be specifically mentioned in the agreement. But the agreement cannot override the financial or other related laws applicable in India.
