Non appointment of independ director

23 July 2015 dear sir ,in one of a company there is requrenment of independent director ,but company for any reson fails to appoint independent director.and now mca has raised so cause notice to company and solid reson for non appointment od independend director. plz advice me what should i do for compounding .and plz also send me the draft of notice which is replied to RD. PLZ

I would suggest you to get in touch with good and professional firm of CA or CS to handle this issue through liasioning with RD.

They will guide you regarding compounding process and connected documentation.
