I have a query regarding address of Nominee Shareholder.

On Share Transfer form and Annual Return, what should be the address of Nominee Shareholder whether Company's Address or nominee's individual address ?

Check, what is the address given in transfer deed. The same shall be mentioned in Annual Return.
