Sometimes we send sample to other states. The receiver of the material is not paying value of the product. In this case how to make the invoice.

you can not issue tax invoice for that consignment but a declaration on your company pad, saying
"materials sent as "trade sample"
Commercial value = NIL
Notional value = xxx
( such samples to any specific party / consignment can not exceed Rs 5000/-)
