I HAVE RECEIVED FORM 15G & FORM 15H FROM parties during SEPTEMBER 2013. So I need not need to file TDS RETURN. Please explain in details

Hi,
I assume that there is an option in the etds return where one can select the reason for non deduction of tds like transporter with valid pan, etc. hence, for 15G/H, there must be some option and if it is, then you can report the gross interest amount and reason for non deduction of tds.
