Is It Neccesary to file " Nil Tax Return" in case of Salaried Women,The Employee is a women Assesse who have paid the Income Tax upto Last year and got married and left to US.If after years if the Assesse was employed, will there be any problem for not filing return of income.

No Problem, there is no compulsion to file Nil Return.

as she has left for US she becomes an NRI and if the income is nil in india she need not file return in india. But, when she visits india, she must plan her visit in a way that doesn't change her residential status otherwise she will come in tax net
