Hi, Please provide me the NIC Code List as i am filling FCTRS form. So in Part A it does asks for the same.

There is one more query relating to the above matter that in case of transfer of shares from resident to non resident(holding joint shares), is it necessary that at the time of making the payment for shares, the non resident(holding joint shares) require a NOC from the other Joint Shareholder??

Yes, you will take and also you appoint Authorised Dealer to deal such transfer.
FC-TRS will be filed by Indian resident through AD to RBI.
