A company was incorporated on January 2016,whether it has to file Financial statements by 30 September or there are any relaxations for the same

In case of new companies incorporated after 1st jan and before 31st march, accounts can be closed next year march, this means you can close your financial year for the first year on 31st march 2017. But, you have to comply with income tax and other provisions of companies act 2013.
I suggest you to appoint a chartered accountant as your auditor and take his advice.
